How To remove your Sanding Disc without bending it (DB-DS5)

To avoid bending your DuraGRIT 5" Carbide Sanding Disc when removing it from your sander, follow these two easy steps: 

  1. Slide a wide blade spatula or putty knife between the black hook and white loop pads. 
  2. Slide the spatula across the face of the sander and ease the disc off. 
    IMPORTANT: Do Not twist the spatula blade or attempt to pull the disc by its edge.

(Please note the vacuum hole pattern is compatible with most 5" diameter sanders with a 5 or 8 vacuum hole pattern, but not Festool® orbital sanders)
