DuraGRIT does not recommend the use of the DuraDISC 5" carbide sanding disc (DB-DS5) on angle grinders.
The max tested speed of the 5" carbide disc is 1750 rpm.
That is for use on Random Orbital Sanders and belt/bench disc sanders where the backing is rigid.
(Please note the vacuum hole pattern is compatible with most 5" diameter sanders with a 5 or 8 vacuum hole pattern, but not Festool® orbital sanders)
