How to Order on the website?

Thank you for your interest in DuraGRIT tools! Here are instructions on how to place an order on the DuraGRIT website.
1. Please visit the main DuraGRIT e-commerce website (open in a new browser window, so that you can still follow these instructions)
New Customers: If this is your first time shopping on the duragrit.com website & you have not previously registered for an account, you can ignore the following & skip to step # 2.
Existing Customers: If you have previously registered for an account on our duragrit.com website, please click on "Login" at the top of the page. Enter your email address & password to login to your account. Once you have logged in, continue to explore and browse the collection of tools on our website.
2. Browse the website & click on any tools you are interested in. Select the grit grade & quantity you'd like to order of each tool. Then press the "Add to Cart" button for any tool you want to purchase.
3. Once you have finished adding to cart all of the tools you wish to purchase, then click on "View Cart & Checkout" in the main menu at the top of the page to proceed to the Checkout page.
4. If you are a new customer and do not have an account registered, please click on the "NEW CUSTOMER" button.
New Customers: You can feel free to Checkout as a Guest. Or if you would like to register for a free account, which will help you place orders in the future by saving your shipping information, you will have an option to click a checkbox “Create an Account” during the checkout process. (Note for your security & privacy, we never receive, save or store any credit card payment information).
Existing Customers: If you have previously registered for a DuraGRIT account and have not logged in yet, please login with your email address & password under "Returning Customer"
5. Enter your name, email address, billing & shipping address. (New customers can click the “Create an Account” checkbox if you’d like to register for your account to save your shipping information for future orders. This is completely optional)
6. You will now be presented with your quote for shipping. Shipping within the USA is free! If you are outside of the USA, we offer worldwide shipping using USPS. You will receive a quote for worldwide shipping before finalizing your order.
Please note shipping prices are set by USPS, which they calculate based on the size & weight of your order, as well as your destination country. We unfortunately have no control over USPS’ shipping prices. We do not charge any extra shipping or handling fees, only the cost that is set by USPS.
7. Next select your your payment method, either Credit Card or PayPal, then click on the "Checkout" button.
Please note our credit card processor accepts Visa & Mastercard.
If you’d like to pay using a different type of credit card, such as AMEX or Discover, please select the PayPal payment method. Then once you are taken to the PayPal checkout page, click on the “Pay with Credit or Visa Debit” button to enter your AMEX or Discover credit card.

8. You will now be asked to either enter your credit card details, or to login to your PayPal account, in order to process your payment.
9. After you're order & payment is processed, you will receive a receipt for your order to your email address.
10. After we have shipped your order & once USPS has processed your shipment in their system, you will receive a USPS tracking number by email. You can click on the tracking number link in this email to keep track of the progress of your shipment.
